Through years of consulting and research we have identified certain aspects of workplace culture which consistently relate to business performance. Where people in organisations are positive about these aspects, the organisations tend to be more profitable, have higher staff retention, greater productivity, and better customer satisfaction.
The relationship between people's experience of these aspects of their organisation, and the overall performance of the business is so consistent that through this survey we are able to measure the internal performance of a business.
The survey measures the effectiveness of an organisation's internal operations, and determines the likely Profitability, Staff Retention, Staff Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction, that organistion will experience based on its internal performance. The survey also is able to indicate the extent to which the organisation is achieving its potential.
People not only drive business performance, they are also the experts on how well an organisation is operating. The survey identifies blockages to higher performance and explores where the untapped potential is in an organisation.
The experience of people at work does have a significant relationship to business performance. This relationship can be measured, and can reveal significant opportunities for greater fulfillment and engagement of staff, as well as improved business performance.
