Dr. Brendan Coutts

Dr. Brendan Coutts is deeply fascinated by the way people and businesses create their results. In his years of consulting with Coutts & Connor, he developed an expertise in seeing beyond business outcomes and into the culture from which those results inevitably arise. The power, and precision, of this relationship between culture and results really amazes, and inspires him.

He has been published internationally in a wide range of journals, including: 'Business Review Weekly', 'Management Today', and 'Executive Excellence'. He holds degrees in Science and Numerical Modelling, and has to admit, that along with his fascination with people and culture, he still loves looking at the numbers. He has also studied Organisational Behaviour at University, and undertakes numerous intensive training programs into the nature of mind, spirit and human behaviour.

Before he was actively involved in management consulting and research, Brendan gained valuable insight into a range of organisational settings in his work as an academic and lecturer, a numerical modelling consultant, and in retail.
